Scope of Service : Employee Benefits and Compensation Consulting
01PLAN MARKETING, RENEWAL & INSURANCE PLACEMENT
- Coordinate meetings for contract renewals & carrier negotiation
- If taking to market, build RFP, distribute RFP, review/summarize/report RFP responses
- Compare quotes, terms & conditions, premium rates and insured benefit coverage's
- Prepare summary of coverage and cost information
- Negotiate terms with carriers
- Check policy endorsement wording for accuracy before final issuance
- Collate and verify accuracy of underwriting information and verify insurable exposure
- Verify insurance premium amounts
- Follow up with insurers on policy issuance
02ADMINISTRATION / VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Management of enrollment/disenrollment processes
- Provide billing reconciliation
- Vendor (insurer) management

Provide regular legislative updates and ability to assist with government filings.
03DAY-TO-DAY ADMINISTRATION / CLAIM MANAGEMENT
- Assist employees with submissions of claims, follow-up, review of settlement etc.
