01PLAN MARKETING, RENEWAL & INSURANCE PLACEMENT
  1. Coordinate meetings for contract renewals & carrier negotiation
  2. If taking to market, build RFP, distribute RFP, review/summarize/report RFP responses
  3. Compare quotes, terms & conditions, premium rates and insured benefit coverage's
  4. Prepare summary of coverage and cost information
  5. Negotiate terms with carriers
  6. Check policy endorsement wording for accuracy before final issuance
  7. Collate and verify accuracy of underwriting information and verify insurable exposure
  8. Verify insurance premium amounts
  9. Follow up with insurers on policy issuance
02ADMINISTRATION / VENDOR MANAGEMENT
  1. Management of enrollment/disenrollment processes
  2. Provide billing reconciliation
  3. Vendor (insurer) management
  4. Regulatory / government filings.
    Provide regular legislative updates and ability to assist with government filings.
03DAY-TO-DAY ADMINISTRATION / CLAIM MANAGEMENT
  1. Assist employees with submissions of claims, follow-up, review of settlement etc.
  2. Claims Advocacy and support with complex claims
  3. Provide claims administration services for medical and/or risk plans
  4. Provide employee handbooks, benefit summaries
  5. Send out welcome emails for the new joiners

  6. Provide support in English and key local languages
